When tally and the man arrive at the factory, Tally is sent to wait in a room. When a lady finally arrives, Tally is questioned about Shay, and why she disappeared. The woman soon becomes angry and tells Tally that she will never become a pretty, Tally was devastated. I believe Tally will go to this place Shay dissapered to, and bring her back, along with all the other uglies there.
