Yes, there is a good chance Tally's plan will work. She used the bungee jackets before, they could come to her advantage. Tally wants forgiveness from Shay snd the other Smokies. She knows now that things have consequences if you don't think things through. Her feelings could be a mixture of both, she wants to jump to the building, which is pretty crazy. But she is doing it to rescue a friend.
