How do David & Tally describe the Rusties? Is it accurate?
David said not all of the Rustie are crazy, just a few.
Tally said long ago the Rustie are ignorant.
Both were accurate, but on different scales. Tally's school told her that the Rusties were dumb and stupid when as David has lived in the Smoke his entire life. He never learned what Tally learned.

What are the weaknesses of OUR society?
People are learning new things, but forgetting many other things that are important. Things that could cause a panic like what happened to the Rusties.
What are the weaknesses of THEIR society?
They couldn't control something. And it cost the Rusties their life's.
